The property is located in Little Langley, about one mile west of Leafield village in West Oxfordshire. It is set in a quiet rural area within the Cotswold Hills with superb Cotswold views.

There is plenty of private parking available via a country driveway. Nearby, Leafield village is 1.6 miles away and offers an excellent pub, called The Fox, and a small community shop.

Witney and Burford, nearby market towns, are a short drive away and offer a range of amenities, including groceries, pubs, cafes, and shops.

Although these two small villages are located in opposite directions, they are very close to King John’s Cottages. Leafield has limited local conveniences, with only one shop and one pub. Shipton-under-Wychwood is slightly larger, and you can find a Co-Op in Milton-under-Wychwood, which is a little further away.

Burford (3–4 miles)

Burford is a charming market town with supermarkets, artisan food shops, pubs, cafés and essential services. Also offers antiques, boutiques and riverside strolls.
