Prices for Cotswold Accommodation

At King John’s Cottage, we value family time and want planning your getaway to be fun, not stressful. We try to keep our pricing simple and clear.

Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or enjoying a well-deserved break, we want you to feel at home from the moment you book.

We have three ways for you to book – directly with us, via our agent (Free to Book) and Airbnb, so you feel confident booking.

Check our rates below, and if you have any questions, we’re here to help.

Minimum Prices

Depending on the season and local events, our prices start at a minimum of £550 per week for The Gallery and Oak Tree Cottage, and £5,000 for a week in The Palace. We also offer nightly rates on our Airbnb pages and are happy to accommodate both short and long stays.

While we have an agent, as a family-run business, we also welcome private bookings.

Please email me with your inquiry, including the number of guests and your desired stay dates, and you can then book directly with us.

Please note that the use of sofa beds incurs an extra charge of £40, regardless of whether it’s for one or two people.

Accommodation with Dogs

Dogs are welcome at all our properties for a small pre-booking fee of £25 per dog.

In The Gallery, a maximum of two dogs is allowed, while Oak Tree Cottage permits one dog (two by prior arrangement). For enquiries at King John’s Palace, please contact us directly.

We provide welcome packs for your dogs because they deserve a holiday just as much as you do!

We kindly request that dogs not be allowed upstairs or on any of the beds, and they should never be left unattended. In this rural area, you’ll find many pubs that are also dog-friendly.

As a general guide, the minimum price for these stays is typically around 75% of the weekly rate, depending on the size and composition of your party.
