Minimum Prices
Depending on the season and local events, as a guide our prices start at a minimum of £550 per week for The Gallery and Oak Tree Cottage and £5,000 for a week in The Palace. We have nightly rates on our airbnb pages and are happy to consider short and long stays.
We do have an Agent but as a family run business we also take private bookings. Please email me with your enquiry, number of guests and when you would like to stay and you can then book direct with us.
Use of sofa beds charged at £40 extra for either 1 or 2 people.
Dogs are welcome in all our properties for a small direct pre booking fee of £25 per dog. We ask that they are not allowed upstairs on any of the beds and are not left unattended.

Special Events in the Cotswolds
Cheltenham Gold Cup Week and all weeks that include a Bank Holiday will be charged as high season and February half term will be charged at mid-season rates.
Short Weekend Breaks
Short weekend breaks are also available Friday to Monday and mid-week breaks from Monday to Friday - as a guide the minimum price is usually at least 75% of the weekly rate depending on the make-up of the party - please telephone 01993 878075 or email info@kingjohnsbarn.co.uk with proposed dates and number of guests, to discuss booking arrangements.
Further Information
The properties are usually available from 4.00 pm on the first day and need to be vacated by 10.00 am leaving the property clean and tidy as it was found, in accordance with our Booking and Cancellation Policy which should be read prior to booking. These times can sometimes be flexible so please ask.
Welcome provisions are provided and there are some local shops that are open in the evenings if needed. A veg box can be ordered for delivery to the Palace, details supplied by request.
Dogs, a maximum of 2 are allowed in The Gallery and 1 in Oak Tree Cottage (2 by arrangement). For the Palace please contact us. They need a holiday as much as you do and they will love their welcome packs.
